The daughter of a third-generation rancher and a long time Wyoming resident, Amy Smith brings a wealth of experience marketing residential and ranch properties. She has developed a well-regarded reputation over the last ten years with over 150 million in sales of residential and ranch properties.
Amy began her working career as a teacher after earning her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming. She taught elementary school for thirteen years in Wyoming and Colorado and over the course of those thirteen years learned the value of being organized. In 2006 Amy began her real estate career working for ERA Advantage Real Estate and Prudential Volk Real Estate before landing at Number1 Properties. In 2018 Amy opened Frontier Home and Ranch Real Estate in Craig, Colorado where she hung her Colorado license. In August 2019 she expanded her company in Wyoming and now Frontier Home and Ranch Real Estate serves both Wyoming and Colorado.
Amy has a well-rounded approach to facilitating smooth buyer and seller transactions. She understands the importance of client confidentiality, detail work and research which facilitate efficient execution of buyer and seller contracts.
